The Royal Wedding

Who else has Royal Wedding fever?  I didn't stay up to watch the grand affair, instead I tivoed it and watched this morning.  A girl needs her beauty sleep!  Kate couldn't have looked prettier.  I love that she had her dress made after Grace Kelly's; the two are both fashion icons.  I'm not usually a fan of a lace/traditional/old fashioned wedding dress, however Sarah Burton made the classic dress seem modern.  It reminded me of Ivanka Trump's wedding dress and how it was timeless, but didn't feel outdated.  For those of you sad about William being off the market, Harry is sort of single!  These Keep Calm You Can Still Marry Harry slogans are hilarious.

Easter Brunch at the Royal Palms

Happy Easter everyone!  Today was so relaxing.  I had brunch with my family at one of my favorite resorts; the Royal Palms in Scottsdale, Arizona.

This is a super old issue of Elle, circa December 2004 to be exact.  But I loved the setting and styling of this shoot.  I spy a Missoni dress and some Calypso-esque pieces.  Makes me want to go on a fabulous tropical vacation stat.

Must Have: ASOS neutral dresses

I've developed a new habit: online shopping.  ASOS.com is feeding this habit and keeping me drawn to its site for hours...its a problem!  I cannot believe the quality, prices and cuts of the items.  They have a trench coat that looks exactly like the classic Burberry one I've been wanting.  These are just a few of the dresses I'm coveting, and the best part is, most of them are under $100!
